Keeping this to the alliances I have had personal experience with:
Atlas Alliance - Scary. Fond of drive-by titan hotdrops on foolish cap pilots. Seems pretty pro.
Cult of War
Curatores Veritatis Alliance - A bit pants.
Ev0ke - A lot of German pvpers from Majesta went here.
Flame Bridge - Small drone regions alliance. I've roamed them solo a few times. Suprisingly good homedefs and fast to form up. Respect.
Goonswarm - The tricksters and court jesters of EVE. Watch from a distance, via remote camera, in a bomb shelter.
Intrepid Crossing - Not anything special when we fought them and ED. No idea what they look like now.
IT Alliance - oh god not again
Legion of xXDEATHXx - Guys, hotdropping 10-man hac gangs with carriers and motherships is just irritating, quit it.
Looney Toons. - I hear they are lol, no direct experience.
Majesta Empire - Us. We went into a bit of a nosedive after the war with ED/IRC and spent some time drifting aimlessly. Have become more active and pvp-oriented since Co2 got booted from the NC. Very active in the war against TRIco. Not great, trying to get better.
Morsus Mihi - :brofist:
Mostly Harmless - Erm... good luck, guys. We're trying to help as best we can but Magic 8 Ball says OUTLOOK NOT SO GOOD.
Pandemic Legion - needs to go back to being a pirate alliance, all-time small gang warfare pros, but should stay out of fleetfights.
Primary. - what I call them. No, no clue.
R.A.G.E. - Majesta's closest brothers in the north, no one should call these guys pets. They bring the same numbers we do (or better in USTZ) and are usually more organized and quicker to form up. Always there when we need them. :brofist:
RAZOR Alliance - Pro pvpers, but overly arrogant, and tend to forget that not all their allies can afford to instantly replace fleets on suicide ops. Feel like these guys really want to be in a coalition with PL and Goons instead of the NC.
Red Alliance - ffs die already
Shadow of xXDEATHXx - Masters of the logoffski, macro ratter queens. The ones that don't log off are easy to kill.
SOLAR FLEET - see above
SOLAR WING - see above
Stella Polaris - Good friends to ME, helped us out a lot in Venal in return for our help in Branch.
Tau Ceti Federation - never see them in fleets
The Initiative. - Good pvpers, missed.
Triumverate - Majesta's favorite enemies. Respect.
Wildly Inappropriate. - See comment re: Mostly Harmless.
White Noise - Like a Russian TRI, I guess, kind of.
